All of our products are available for wholesale purchase by qualified retailers and distributors.

 

To Apply for Wholesale Status

To gain access to special volume wholesale pricing and additional product offerings on this site, simply register for a user account on this site and select the "Request Wholesale Access" checkbox which appears on the registration form. You will be prompted to supply a few pieces of information about your business, such as the company name, business type, and tax ID #.

Once you have correctly filled out and submitted the user registration form, your account will *immediately* be activated and approved for wholesale access. At that time you will also be logged in automatically, so you can immediately begin shopping for wholesale items.

Note: In addition to wholesale pricing on individual items, you'll also have access to a product category labeled "Wholesale Packages." You can view that category by clicking the link of that name in the category navigation menu in the left column of the page.

You can download our Fax Order Form (132K PDF), fill it out and fax it in to 202-537-2981. Or you can use your own purchase order form and fax it in.

Order Policies


Shipping Info/ Terms
  • Products are handcrafted-to-order with a 2 to 4 week delivery time.
  • Delivery cycle is less than 2 weeks for the standard packages.
  • Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground.

 

Minimum
  • Minimum opening order for a season is $250.
  • Minimum reorder thereafter is $100..

 

Return Policy
  • Our accessories are handcrafted-to-order. Returns will be accepted only if there are quality issues. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving shipment.  Please contact your representative or us for a Return Authorization number that must show on the returned package. Restocking fee will apply on cancellations.

  • Thereafter, Net 30 terms will be considered upon request.

 

Substitutions
  • Occasionally we run out of certain beads for our products due to the nature of this industry. When we do substitutions, we will maintain highest level of beauty and quality.

 

Cancellations
  • 20% restocking fee will apply on cancellations.
