All of our products are available for wholesale purchase by qualified retailers and distributors.

To Apply for Wholesale Status

To gain access to special volume wholesale pricing and additional product offerings on this site:

1. Register for a user account on this site.
2. Fill out our wholesale application form, specifying the email address you used when creating your user account.
3. We will review your application and, if all is in order, we'll activate your wholesale status within 2 business days. You will be notified via email, and will then have access to special wholesale pricing and additional product offerings on this site.
4. NOTE: You must be logged into your user account to view special wholesale-only pricing and wholesale-only product bundles.

Order Policies

• Products are handcrafted-to-order with a 2 to 4 week delivery time.
• Delivery cycle is less than 2 weeks for the standard packages.
• Our standard shipping is via UPS Ground.

• Minimum opening order for a season is $250.
• Minimum reorder thereafter is $100..

• Our accessories are handcrafted-to-order. Returns will be accepted only if there are quality issues. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving shipment.  Please contact your representative or us for a Return Authorization number that must show on the returned package. Restocking fee will apply on cancellations.

• We take credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover
• PayPal
• COD
• Thereafter, Net 30 terms will be considered upon request.

• Occasionally we run out of certain beads for our products due to the nature of this industry. When we do substitutions, we will maintain highest level of beauty and quality.

• 20% restocking fee will apply on cancellations.
