Shipping

All items are made when ordered and take 3 business days to ship.

All orders are shipped using US Postal Service mail.  The average shipping charge is $5.00.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted only if the workwomanship is faulty. In this case, please email service@shaunebazner.com . 

If the color of the Mei Fa Hairstyx you ordered does not match your expectation, we are happy to exchange them for another pair.
